While the classic bottling features a combo of Espadín and Cuishe, this one is all about the Espadín, one of the most popular varieties for mezcal production. Expect familiar smoky, earthy notes, with a touch of vegetal sweetness sneaking through later on. Well suited to sipping neat, but will surely make for some excellent cocktails too.
