England

Made on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne off the north coast, this mead is made with fermented grape juice, honey, herbs and pure water.

Absolutely the Tops. Sweet, smooth and leaves you wanting more.
Outstanding mead! I discovered it on two trips to Scotland and would dearly love to purchase it in South Carolina but unfortunately it's not available here.
A lovely light mead, not overly sweetened.Makes it easy to go with meals, cheeseboards or just as an end of day drink. Also tried the Cherry blend Viking Blod mead they do which is my favourite.
A friend gave me a taste last year. I thought it unsurpassed. It is ambrosia—light, warm, not too sweet, a clarity. I care little for sweet alcoholic anything but this was lovely. If I ever get to England again, I will buy 3 bottles. Meanwhile I will search the US.
Really nice light crisp mead made to the Roman traditions.Great for any occasion really and the Dark Mead is also delightful with a cheeseboard and you really can taste the local Heather Honey from Chain Bridge Honey Farm on the banks of the Tweed.Next on the list to try is the 793 dry Mead.
