For this floral gin liqueur, Whitetail Spirits used hand-picked lemon balm from its kitchen garden alongside elderflower. The star botanicals were steeped together before being infused into its own Whitetail Gin and bottled up at 22% ABV. Sure to add a splash of summer to any serve!

We had this recently with Elderflower tonic water over ice and also tried it with champagne (really lovely) great value and so good we bought the whole range!
This is great and tastes like old traditional sweets. half the bottle went without me batting an eye lid
