An ace Amaro liqueur from Italian producer Villa Zarri, following a traditional family recipe from the Zarri archives. Infusions of 28 different herbs and roots including the likes of gentian, orange peel, liquorice, rhubarb and wormwood result in a marvellously bitter profile – superb for bringing that bitter element to all the classic cocktails.
Drying, earthy notes of rooty spice, subtle floral notes rest beneath, with a bittersweet zest and herbal depth.
