
This French aperitif hails from historic Cognac house Remi Landier. Inspired by his childhood in the Charente countryside, the cellar master looked to combine the sweet notes of Pineau des Charentes fortified wine with more bitter notes of vermouth. A host of natural plants are infused in a liqueur made up of grape must, vodka, and Cognac to create a fruity, herbal, aromatic profile that'll work well sipped chilled and neat, or for adding a bittersweet element to cocktails.
