
A herbal, bitter liqueur from Pallini, based on (and named after) a recipe created by Dr. Baliva back in 1984! It's got a unique combination of cinchona bark (also known as quinine) and iron citrate which, as you may have guessed from the name, adds citrus flavours. The bitterness isn't overwhelming, and it makes a super digestif.
Bitter and toasty, with roasted coffee bean, light citrus, a smidge of vanilla, woody cinnamon spice and dark chocolate.
