Luxardo Black Sambuca

A very rich and complex Sambuca. When you know it's there, the cardamom flavour is easily identified - it deepens the flavour, giving a finish which persists. A taste for the specialist. I think it's too strong to drink by itself. We drank it alongside fresh peaches, the combination worked.
