Wild elderflowers are hand-picked and macerated in alcohol to produce this floral liqueur from Giffard.

Overall

A floral aroma with hints of golden honey lead to sturdy elderflower notes on the palate. The finish is sweet and aromatic. This will be a great addition to a cocktail!

Superb Martini!

3.5 gin to 1 Elderflower, squeeze of lemon. Very Cold. Perfect little drink.

Intensely aromatic and flavoursome

Intense bouquet and hit of elderflower on the palate and nose. As a friuty aftertaste. Lovely neat not overly sweet excellent as a base in a cocktail or spritzer
