The perfect ingredient for an Aviation. Depending on the brand of Maraschino being used (and even the Gin), the measures may need to be fine-tuned. But this is definitely a favourite as coupled with the Briottet Maraschino.
Excellent liqueur and never lets me down when preparing Aviations. Use in small doses though, I find.
