A small batch liqueur made by steeping both green and pink rhubarb in alcohol, Giffard Crème de Rhubarbe manages to expertly balance the tart and sweet notes of the vegetable (yes, it is a vegetable, we checked). You don’t have to say ‘Rhubarbe’ in a French accent, but it’s more fun if you do.
Jammy nose with hints of marmalade and tangy rhubarb notes.
Spicy, slightly sour but with a zesty, orange-like sweetness balancing things out.
Fruity, slightly vegetal finish.

What a lovely way of jazzing up your champagne/prosecco. Fresh light and not over the top would definitely recommend
Had not tried before but now is a favourite , not too sweet with a rhubarb tang .
