To make their Apricot Brandy liqueur, French liqueur experts Giffard steep Rouges du Roussillon apricots in brandy. A classic cocktail ingredient that'll undoubtedly be rather useful in a bar or at home (or in a home bar, if you're lucky).
Found it a bit "harsh" prefer Volare but all taste and fancy !!
