A Floc de Gascogne aperitif, produced by the Chateau de Laubade Armagnac house. This is made by combining their young Armagnac with unfermented grape juice - similar to Pineau de Charentes, which is made with Cognac. Very light, elegant and sweet, this makes for an enjoyable summer drink, which you can make a bit longer by mixing with soda water if you like...
