C'est Nous Cold Brew Liqueur 70cl

A Cold Brew coffee liqueur from C'est Nous, which translates to 'That's Us'. The French distillery sources a mixture of both Kenyan and Ethiopian roasted arabica coffee beans from its neighbour Café Dauré. Then, the coffee beans are cold infused into the spirit, and by avoiding heating the beans for a second time, bitter flavours are also avoided. A dash of sugar syrup is added before the liqueur is bottled at 25% ABV. Great as a digestif, or in any caffeinated cocktails.
