Sweet, sour and enjoyably bitter, this Quaglia liqueur is made with chinotto oranges (a flavour you may be familiar with if you're into your bitter aperitifs).
If you are a fan of bitter/sweet flavours especially the chino soft drink or manhattan/boulevardier cocktails, amaros or sweet and sour Asian foods etc, this for you...haven't experimented w cocktails yet as too delicious on its own but I am sure there will be some legendary combos...
