How to make Buck's Fizz

The Buck’s Fizz is so often a bracing, acidic disaster made from boxed juice and cheap wine. The trick to a merry Mimosa is to use good Champagne and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Buck's Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

100ml Champagne or sparkling wine (chilled)

50ml Freshly squeezed orange juice (chilled)

Method

Step 1

Pour half the Champagne into a chilled flute glass, then the orange juice and finally the rest of the champagne. Garnish with an orange zest twist if you’re feeling really fancy.
