A bright blue Portuguese gin from the Sharish range. Although no longer containing the colour changing magic of the butterfly pea flower, it's stil popular with its striking azure hue. Botanicals also include juniper, coriander, angelica root, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon peel, strawberry and raspberry.
Loads of raspberry and strawberry notes up front. Stem ginger and coriander arrive in support, but the berries are the main attraction here.
Quite spicy at first - cinnamon and more ginger. Waves of lemon and angelica develop. Another burst of juicy berry notes later on.
Soft juniper and a pinch of leafy coriander.

Simply beautiful. The colour(s) to the sublime flavour, what’s not to love.
Must try, it changes colour looks amazing and tastes outstanding, must try
It’s magic what more could you ask for
Beautiful and a nuisance to try and locate in bottle-shops in Australia. One of many lovely gins in the ginvent calendar last year but one of the most memorable. Not super dry, not too floral, but very smooth and a refreshing and lovely flavour.
Bought recently on a visit to Portugal and what an amazing suprise .We mixed it with pomigranite and grapefruit and WOW !!!
