Ginerosity Gin Bottling Note

From Edinburgh's Summerhall Distillery (known for making Pickering's Gin) comes Ginerosity Gin. This is made using a combination of 10 botanicals including juniper, lemon, lime, orange, lemon myrtle, heather, coriander, angelica, cardamom and cloves. It's a London Dry Gin with a heart, as all the distillers are working with the charity Challenges Worldwide - all the profits are donated to the program to help young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds build themselves a better future.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Drying juniper and heather, a slowly developing kick of spiciness from the clove and cinnamon. Balancing citrus peels bring sweetness.
