An organic sloe gin. When making this, the producers couldn't find certified organic blackthorn bushes in the UK, instead they secured a Soil Association source in Romania. The berries are immersed in the gin through winter and the alcoholic strength gradually drops from 40 to around 36%. This is an award winning Organic gin.
