Hidden Gem Original Gin
Hidden Gem Original Gin is a creation by couple Carmel and Joe from Swinton in Salford, England. It was crafted using a total of 19 botanicals, including citrus, angelica, liquorice, lashings of milk thistle and rosemary and apple from the distillers' own garden when in season, which was distilled using a combination of maceration and vapour infusion. It was named after the 16th Century red brick St Mary’s Church where Carmel’s grandparents met at a lunchtime mass service.
