Generation 11 Sussex Dry Gin was distilled in Chailey, East Sussex with a botanical selection including juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, black pepper, green cardamom, lavender, lemon peel and orris root. It was diluted with pure water drawn from the owner's own Sussex well.

Nose
An earthy creaminess forms a base through which classic pine notes and fragrant citrus emerge.
Palate
Drying juniper, heather and citrus peels combine with a slow developing kick of spiciness from the clove and cinnamon.
Finish
Soft liquorice, black pepper and hints of vanilla flower linger.
