Silent Pool Gin is made on the Albury Estate in the Surrey Hills, beside the mysterious spring-fed lake that gives the distillery its name. Most gins come from less picturesque places. Its recipe brings together 24 botanicals, including makrut lime, chamomile, local honey, and lavender. The result is intricately balanced, with delicate flowers, bright citrus, gentle sweetness, and enough juniper to remind everyone this is a proper gin.
Simply put, this makes a very fine G&T. That makes it incredibly handy. Because a good G&T gin goes a long way in this crazy ol' world of ours.
