Pinkster Gin is made by steeping tasty gin in equally tasty raspberries - but what happens to the raspberries after that? Well, some of them get turned into Pinkster's Boozy Berries, but the berries which get a bit too squashed end up making Pinkster's very own mildly-alcoholic Gin Jam! This jar holds 280 grams of the lip-smacking jam, which should make a great cocktail ingredient (and might work rather well in a cake, too).

This is amazing first tried it at Windsor horse show and it's addictive on cheese or croissants. Have all family and friends hooked
