Stephen Marsh and Charles Maxwell are the chaps responsible for Pinkster Gin, coming together to collaborate on a gin based around using raspberries as a lead botanical in 2013. Featuring a modest selection of botanicals, including the aforementioned raspberry, black peppercorn and juniper, Pinkster Gin features a pleasing pink hue (which we can’t help but imagine is where the name came from). Raspberries are steeped in the gin, and also infused in the gin post-distillation - but even then, their job isn’t over. The Pinkster Gin chaps recycle the raspberries to create their Boozy Berries and Pinkster Gin Jam! Initially produced by Thames Distillers, G&J Distillers took over Pinkster Gin’s production in 2014.
