An apple eau de vie produced by Cornwall's very own Fowey Valley Cider, creators of various wonderful apple-based drinks (including some cracking cider, obviously). This five-times-distilled spirit was made with a base of vintage cider, and makes for a terrific aperitif - bright, fresh and subtly spicy.
