PÈRE MAGLOIRE VSOP PAYS D'AUGE CALVADOS
A VSOP Calvados from Père Magloire, made with apples taken exclusively from the Pays d'Auge area of Normandy. For the VSOP, Père Magloire aged this Calvados in oak casks for at least four years before blending and bottling it. Rich and flavoursome, with plenty of orchard blossom fragrance wafting through.
Tasting Notes
Colour:
Golden brown.
Nose:
Floral, apple flowers, jasmine, white rose, ripe apple, apricot.
Palate:
Honey, vanilla, butterscotch, light oak, hazelnut, almonds.
Finish:
Candied apple, vanilla, cinnamon.
