A VSOP Calvados from Pere Magloire, made with apples taken exclusively from the Pays d'Auge area of Normandy. For the VSOP, Pere Magloire aged this Calvados in oak casks for at least four years before blending and bottling it. Rich and flavoursome, with plenty of orchard blossom fragrant wafting through.

Juicy red fruit, dusted with cinnamon and brown sugar. Fresh orchard blossom, juicy pear, orange and just a hint of cidery farmyard funk.

Smooth as silk

With a beautiful nose and a smooth as silk finish, this is an outstanding calvados for the price. Tons of apple flavor without being sweet, lovely brandy warmth without any bite.

MofM are the one continuously reliable source of my favourite, go to Calvados. If you've tried Pere Magloire's Fine, consider going up to this.
