The Bitter Bastards Juniper Bitters are made with rapid-maceration and centrifugal extraction in order to preserve the maximum amount of gorgeous, fresh flavours from the botanical. Also, centrifuges are awesome.
A couple dashes of these Juniper Bitters will give your Martini (or heck, any gin-based cocktail) a hearty kick of juniper-y goodness and depth. And again, just so we're clear, this was made with a centrifuge, and they are awesome.

This was less strongly flavoured than I'd imagined it would be. It's still very nice, and a very clear flavour on its own, but I think apt to be hard to spot – or at any rate, clearly identify – in a drink that is strongly-flavoured to begin with. I actually liked it quite a lot as an addition to a glass of sparkling water, and I'm suspecting that very quiet sorts of beverages may be its métier.
