Want frothy cocktails but prefer not to use egg white? This plant-based foamer is the answer! Seven drops of this in the mix will create a neutral foam when shaken, making it ideal for classic Sour cocktails and such.

Was a bit skeptical about trying an egg white alternative, but this stuff is incredible. A few drops gives you a massive, velvety head on a whiskey sour without the hassle of cracking eggs or that weird sulfur smell. Plus, it’s vegan-friendly so I can use it when guests come over. One bottle lasts ages. Absolutely brilliant bit of kit for the home bar.
