Zuccardi Valles Torrontes 2019
Torrontes is Argentina's very own white grape - it's recently been shown to be a cross between Spanish grape Mission, which is planted all over America, north and south, and the ancient Muscat of Alexandria. It makes wines that are full of heady floral aromas with stone fruit. In the wrong hands, it can be a bit much, but Zuccardi are one of the country's top producers and know how to tame Torrontes' wild side to produce wines of great finesse.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
On the nose there are gentle wafts of orange blossom with lemon and lime. It's fresh and aromatic on the palate, with more citrus fruit, and orange peel.
