Zonte's Footstep Globe Skimmer Rose 2020
More nature-inspired deliciousness from Zonte's Footsteps in South Australia. This takes it name from the dragonfly or 'globe skimmer' as its apparently also known as in Australia. It's made from a Spanish variety, Tempranillo, grown in the Finniss River sub-region of the Fleurieu Peninsula. This is a rosé with a bit of heft to it so would suit seared tuna, chicken or rich tomato-based dishes like ratatouille.
