
A top Syrah from the Northern Rhône produced by Yves Cuilleron, a family estate with 75 hectares across the region. It’s made from grapes grown in Saint-Joseph, hand picked then fermented in open top vats for three weeks. 50% is aged in oak barrels and the other half in stainless steel for seven months before being blended into this delicious, aromatic Syrah. Great now but will age for another four years or so.
Aromatic with aromas of red fruit, black pepper and olive tapenade.
