Vidal Reserve Chardonnay 2018
Tasty Kiwi chardonnay from the North Island of New Zealand. After harvesting this was aged in French oak barriques, 15% new, imparting subtle toast and spice notes. There was also some lees (dead yeast cell) stirring giving a creamy round texture. This would be delicious with roast chicken cooked with lots of butter.

Peach, apple and vanilla, with a smooth creamy texture and subtle nutty and toasty notes.
