Verus Riesling 2020
A glorious Riesling here from Verus Vineyards in Slovenia! The grapes are harvested from vines over 30 years old, producing small, but rich and characterful yields. This young white wine has a crisp, fruity, and lightly floral character – beautifully delicate, it would make a fab aperitif and a great accompaniment to lighter dishes like salads.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Fairly dry yet floral, with soft apricot and white peach, a whiff of lemon zest, and orange blossom.
