Ver Sacrum Doña Mencia de Los Andes 2016
An aromatic Argentinian red wine here from Ver Sacrum. This 2017 vintage Doña Mencia de Los Andes is made entirely with Mencia grapes, which were originally found in North West Spain. The aim of the winery is to showcase lesser-known grape varieties, and this certainly does just that! If you're having roast lamb, you'll want to accompany it with this.
