Over in New Zealand, the folks at the Millton winery look to the coastal Te Arai vineyard for this 2017 Chenin Blanc. The organic and biodynamic grapes are both fermented and matured a combination of large oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Heaps of orchard fruit and zest to be enjoyed here, great for balancing richer dishes.
