Deliciously fresh wine from the Languedoc alert! This is made from a blend of 50% grenache, 30% carignan and 20% syrah. The grapes are handled as gently as possible, the aim is elegance rather than lots of extraction. And to keep things clean and fruity, this producer eschews oak in favour of 18 months in concrete tanks. The result is perfumed, fruity heaven. If you're cooking steak frites then look no further.
