A splendid Argentinian Chardonnay from the Uco Valley in Mendoza, where the high altitudes ensure plenty of natural acidity in the grapes. The wine is gently oak-aged, bringing notes of toasted nuts and vanilla to layers of soft peach and zesty fruit at its core. Top stuff with seafood or creamy pasta dishes.
Soft peach, a touch of honeydew melon, zesty citrus, and buttery oak, with toasted hazelnuts and floral vanilla.
