Here's something a bit unusual, albariño, a grape native to Northern Spain, but grown in Gisbourne in New Zealand. 90% of the grapes are fermented in stainless steel with cultured yeasts while 10% undergoes wild fermentation in old oak to add complexity. This would be splendid with all kinds of seafood.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Zingy lemon and lemon peel with peaches and a creamy round finish.
