Spy Valley Riesling 2016
Here's something quite exciting, it's a New Zealand riesling with some bottle age which is quite unusual. Most is drunk very soon after bottling. Riesling with its intense acidity ages beautifully so along with the fresh fruit, you're going to get richer toastier notes. Try this with spicy Thai food.
