Crémant de Bourgogne - sparkling wine from Burgundy - is a happy hunting ground for lovers of Champagne who don't want to pay Champagne prices. This example is made from 100% pinot noir grown in chalk soils and bottle-fermented in the traditional manner to produce a ripe, round sparkling wine. This makes a great aperitif or as an accompaniment to oysters.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
