A fab Californian Pinot Noir, produced by Robert Sinskey with grapes grown in the Los Carneros region of the Napa Valley. 2015 saw prolonged drought in the region but fortunately, heavy rainfall followed by unseasonable warmth in early 2016 resulted in a very successful vintage. Treated to a year of maturation in French oak, this fruity red boasts plenty of jammy, berry character balanced by earth spice that'll pair very nicely with roast dinner or game dishes.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Red summer fruits – strawberries, raspberries, and dark cherries rest amongst softly toasted oaken vanilla, sweet spices, and earthy herbs.
