Peller Estate Ice Cuvee Rosé
A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc, this pink sparkler gets a slight sweetness from a healthy tot of ice wine used when blending, resulting in a medium dry style of rosé fizz.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Red currant and soft strawberry flavours, along with tropical fruit syrup and peaches. Wonderful acidity balances out a slight sweetness, and makes it a great aperitif or match for fruit based desserts.
