Description

Delicious 100% sauvignon blanc from the home of the variety Pouilly-Fumé in the Loire. This is made from organic grapes and fermented with wild yeasts to produce a lean intense wine. It will age or open it now with a nice piece of goat's cheese.

Overall

Green peppers on the nose, a touch of smokiness, gooseberries, a touch of blackcurrant, then a creamy, quite full finish, long.
