Pascal Jolivet Blanc Fumé 2020
Delicious 100% sauvignon blanc from the home of the variety Pouilly-Fumé in the Loire. This is made from organic grapes and fermented with wild yeasts to produce a lean intense wine. It will age or open it now with a nice piece of goat's cheese.
