Top quality chardonnay here from the Finger Lakes, a cool climate growing region in New York State. This is made using natural yeasts and fermented in stainless steel for freshness with some lees (the dead yeast cells) stirring which adds body. The result is a fresh and full white which would be excellent with oysters and all kinds of seafood.
