Nyetimber Blanc De Blancs 2013
Nyetimber is the pioneer of high quality English sparkling wine. Founded in 1988 by American couple Stuart and Sandy Moss, it wowed the world with its very first vintage, a 1992 blanc de blancs. Since then it has gone from strength to strength. This all chardonnay wine is a worthy successor to its illustrious forbears. It is opening up beautifully but from experience this could easily age for another ten years or more. Drink with on its own or with seafood.

Precise lemon and crisp green apple flavours with subtle orange and lemon peel notes leading to toasty croissant and hazelnut on the finish.
