Another wonderful, heartwarming vintage of 'Cuisine de ma mere' from Nicolas Grosbois, named as such as an homage to his childhood spent with his mother in the kitchen. It's produced entirely from Cabernet Franc grapes grown in the Chinon region in the Loire Valley – it'll fare brilliantly alongside traditional French dishes.
