Description

A sparkling wine from New Zealand winery Cloudy Bay. This was launched in 1987, and the Pelorus vintages are matured on the lees for three years, and are released after four years of ageing. This wine is actually named after a dolphin (all the best wines are), named Pelorus Jack.
