A fabulous Chilean wine from Morandé, the Adventure Creole 2018 is produced from a blend of Cinsault and País grapes. Fun fact, País used to be Chile's most planted grape variety until the 21st century, but became somewhat forgotten, so this is an interesting chance to try it. Fermented in a combination of concrete egg and French oak casks, the juicy red pairs very well with rich pasta dishes.
Red flowers and tart berries, with cherry and raspberry, woody spice and hints of lavender.
