Unfortunately, we can't ship Macon-Villages Jules Du Souzy 2018 to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
The Maconnais is the southern bit of Burgundy that traditionally made cheaper wines than the fancier Côte-d'Or. Cheaper, however, doesn't necessarily mean lower quality as this wine proves. It's made from 100% chardonnay in a lean, crisp style that will appeal to lovers of Chablis. Bring on the shellfish! Or if failing that some goat's cheese.
Crisp appley fruit with some grassy notes, a refreshing saline edge and a creamy finish.
