From Greek producer Lyrarakis comes another wonderful wine made with local grapes! This one showcases Plytó, a native variety grown on Crete, and these particular grapes were harvested from the Psarades vineyard. The winery itself actually rescued the grape from extinction, which is pretty awesome! Boasting heaps of vibrant acidity, it's a great pairing with creamy seafood dishes.
White peach and citrus blossom lead the way with more fruity wafts of lemon, apple, pear. Floral honeysuckle, green herbs, and chalky flint balance the acidity.
